Pantsless burglar released from jail
The man accused of burglarizing homes with his pants down is out of jail.
Last week, Trevor Franklin was caught at a Browne's Addition home in his underwear.
He may be the same half-naked man who attempted to break into several South Hill homes a few days before.
Franklin, a registered sex offender, had his arraignment canceled Tuesday because prosecutors didn't file charges against him within 72 hours.
Prosecutors said they are awaiting a police report before filing burglary charges.
